Today was another hard day at work. I got most of my work done though. I ran over $2100.00 all on my own. I think my manager was a bit suprised. My scanning time has come down, which is good. If I can’t get something to scan, I just use the hand scanner. Usually I can get things to scan the first time. I don’t spend a lot of time trying to get the scanner to work. The hand scanner is just as easy to use and most of the time easier. It rained most of the day. At times it rained pretty hard. I heard there was flooding in Abilene. I don’t think we had any flooding, but we sure did need the rain. There was a steady stream of people in and out of the store all day with all the rain going on. Steve went and spent some time tearing up the old house. He took out the carpet in the living room and KK’s old bedroom. Now we just have to get all of the sheet rock and ceiling tiles out that we can. It should be fun. I can use the little sledge hammer and take all the frustration I have built up being in this very cramped and bug infested and dusty little house. Which has no stove or oven that can be used right now. It doesn’t matter much when all that Rosemary and Clark use it for is office space. They could just go ahead and take the stove out and then put up some more shelf space. I think that would be a better idea. But that is just my opinion. However if we had not had to move in here, there would still be a leak under the bathtub in the master bedroom. We will have to get KK a new mattress for her bed. That way the foot board and headboard will both fit on properly. What a thought. Well, I will have to finish this tomorrow. It is way past my bed time. Steve is going to be extra tired tomorrow. He is staying up to watch Kill Bill. It will be at least until 10pm or even 11pm before it is over. Oh well, he is a big boy. I can’t make him do any thing and I really wouldn’t want to try. I love him just the way he is. Even when I want to wring his neck, or fuck his brains out. Sometimes both feelings are only seconds apart. Well, good night all. May the day shine bright and beautiful for us all.
